Hi, I'm new here.. I'm looking for a community that can understand things I'm going through. I'm a college student who is studying medicine. I've been struggling with depression and anxiety for years. I just feel like I need a community just to know that other people understand what I'm going through. I just wanna say I'm happy you are all here. We all need a little bit of help sometimes. Much love xx

Welcome. I’m pretty new here too. Just in the short time I’ve been here, it’s really helped me to be in a group where people are having similar struggles to my own. It makes me feel less alone and disconnected.

Good to hear you’re feeling a bit less alone. I agree - it’s helpful to know there are others who understand.

I’m new too! Just signed up a few minutes ago. & I totally feel the same way! No one around me can relate to me, but knowing that I can now interact with ppl who do understand, it’s the best feeling ever.
