Does anybody else have anxiety abandonment disorder that affects your relationships? and How so?

Please help me to understand this better and your experience with it yourself.

I think I have it regarding to friendships. Ever since the event I now overthink a lot of things that my friends say to me and I often feel like a burden. I feel like theres something wrong with me and that Im not self aware. Anyways I hope to work on it somehow though.
