Exactly 2 years ago I was traveling Asia. Hong Kong and Thailand.
Going through old videos and pictures of when I was happier and without a worry of any of my mental illnesses.
I’m happy I had the chance to travel before anxiety came into my life.
Hopefully one day I will put away in my past and will be able to travel again.

Oh really?! That sucks. They're okay but still waiting for the full effect. I took benzos for a while but they gave me treatment resistant depression. So I only take them during a crisis
