Brain fog was so debilitating I thought I was losing my marbles, but....

I had been suffering serious brain fog so badly i was thinking i would need to stop driving because i really didn't think my cognitive function was working well at all, and it was interfering with my sight too, my reflexes were shot away, when pulling out from a roundabout I wasn't quick enough to see cars ploughing towards me and i became an absolute wreck and so relieved when I got home.

I googled and searched for answers until I decided to give Lions Mane Extract coupled with Ashwagandha a try and after 2 weeks my brain fog had cleared and cognitive function restored, and its such a relief that i'm not gone dipsy.😱

Whether this will still work in the long term is to be ascertained, but so far so good.?

Hey! So I also developed fibromyalgia suddenly and could barely move in the mornings. I started CBD oil and after about 2-3 weeks it kicked in and it has been a life saver! I didn’t expect it to really do much, but man, it changed my life in at least the muscular and joint pain regard.

Hey Mandy, lack of sleep causes so much trauma in our lives, but i do think this time of year we are at a low ebb, and difficult to rise above it xx

I'm a HUGE supporter of functional foods. I've done hundreds of hours of reading about adaptogenic foods. Mushrooms 🍄 have become my #1 FAVORITE! I buy all my mushroom powders from FreshCap. They also have an AWESOME YouTube channel with hundreds of hours of educational subject matter. They travel around the world in search of the most potent medical strains and it's awesome to learn about them in a historical sense. Fungi and mushrooms have been a source of healing in ingidionous cultures for centuries, with good reasons!!

I take FreshCap lions Mane, chaga, turkey tail, reishi and cordyceps in different combos every day.

I eat fresh mushrooms every day in most of my meals. Omelettes, stirfry, pizza, soups...I put them in everything! Shittake, lions Mane, oyster, crimini, clamshell, maitaki frondosa... whatever is in the store fresh each week.

It's amazing what they can do for our mental and physical health. I feel they have helped reverse my chronical age dramatically, along with eating no added sugar, all organic and exercising on a daily basis. It's been a long hard transition to a healthy lifestyle.

I've been buying FreshCap for 4+ years now. I've never looked younger. I'll be 50 next year and my husband was recently asked if I was his daughter 🤣he's 3.5 yrs older than me... we met almost 30 years ago. I'm 5'2", 108 lbs....&going through perimenopause HELL!! But my horrid acne that requires oral antibiotics to control makes me look like a teenager going through puberty.

Keep going with the mushroom supplement. I promise you won't be disappointed in the long run.😉😁

I really enjoy mushrooms as well and also root vegetables like turnips and swede!

This morning for breakfast I had mushrooms and scrambled eggs and smoked salmon as today is a free day so I decided to book myself in for a self care day!

It's all about taking opportunities whilst they are available!

Glad you found something that helps. I take ginko biloba every day. Came across it in a book about fibromyalgia. So far so good and it's been at least five years.
