Anxious

I’m feeling a little anxious being separated from my wife and my 15 year old grandson she said I don’t love her and it’s doing a job on me I do love her and am doing what my long time therapist has suggested I do and read between therapy meetings just feeling a little down, thanks for reading.

Talk to your wife & talk to your grandson separately but describe what you're going through & how much you love them both dearly . Communication is always the key. I hope the therapist is doing right by you as well
