Rest sounds like a good thing to do. Sometimes even a short rest can do wonders. Perhaps you can do an activity that brings you joy and lifts your spirit. I stopped by the dog park last week when I was out riding my bike. I petted a few dogs and watched them play and it lifted my spirits and put a smile on my face.
That's so nice i love dogs so much i want to have a dog one day, i just don't have time to take my breath i feel like i am in a race i don't feel fine i need someone to reassure me that everything will be okay
I’m sorry you’re feeling so drained. Be gentle with yourself. Rest. And focus on something you enjoy, like a funny tv show, or a pretty painting, or a beautiful bird outside. I find that being mindful and taking time to be in a moment of joy, no matter how small helps.
I know how you feel. I think rest is a good idea. Do things at your pace and remember that is okay. It's not about being the fastest or doing a lot of things. It's about what is right for you. It's about your accomplishments. Be compassionate with yourself and remind yourself that it's okay to not be okay sometimes. Make sure to set some time aside each week for just yourself. Take care of yourself and focus on your needs because you matter.
It's ok to take a nap and to give yourself time to recharge. Theres no set time to recharge. Be kind to yourself.
