Swaying head pain

Hi everyone hope you all are doing well. I need your advice. I've been dealing with swaying feeling in my head, at time with headache at times with no headaches. Its very draining. Im trying my best to manage and stay positive for my husband and children. Here's my question should I see a headache doctor or my pain management doctor that knows me and has helped me in the past. What do you think? Thanks for being there for me i appreciate you all.

I would see a medical doctor-not the pain management doctor, or possibly a neurologist. It may be due to anxiety, but best to check.
