Im in Pain

Feeling so down and depressed these days. My life is full with anxiety, health issues, and I’m starting to get depressed. My decline in health has started everything all up again. I have stomach pain all the time. Gets a lot of worse if I eat something that doesn’t sit well. Been to the doctor several times and gotten exams done. However, the doctor can’t find anything wrong with me. So I pass my days fill with pain 😭 and thinking there is no solution, which makes me feel really anxious. Ill appreciate if you leave any kind or encouraging words in my post. Just going through a rough time.

Thanks for reading my post.

Years ago I was having stomach pain and I went to a Dr. and he checked me out and couldn't find anything wrong and ended up telling me it was probably anxiety. It eventually went away on it's own. Had a lot of anxiety since then but the stomach pain never has come back.

Just focus on your breathing and I can understand that pain can be really hard to deal with. Maybe try some tea or hot beverage that can make you feel warmInside, if not maybe a hot pack can help on your stomach. I know how it is to be going through the uncertainty. Do what you can and try to get some food down maybe soup or Gatorade so you stay hydrated and get some calories in. I hope you feel better soon !

I’ve been dealing with GERD for the first time in my life the past few months. Scheduled an endoscopy but can’t afford it so I understand your pain. Just try to stay positive. I hate when people say that to me. As if it’s a choice I am not making but it does help. Blessings to you

You seem like you have the weight of the world on your shoulders what about your wife does she know how you feel and can't she help you , do you have any other family ?

Hug onto something i.e., a stuffed animal or a pet that gives you comfort. Self-soothing can help get out of your feelings.

Sorry that you are having to deal with the chronic pain. That is definitely challenging to both body and mind. Since you mention there are foods that "don't sit well" are you keeping track of what those things are? The reason I ask is because that is how people find out about their food allergies and intolerances. For example, if you are lactose or gluten or msg intolerant, it won't necessarily show up on a generic test like a GI scan. There are so many foods and ingredients that cause stomach issues that are related to eating things that your body has become sensitive or intolerant or allergic to.

There is one possibility the doctors never seem to consider about stomach problems. Sinus infections, post-nasal drip. If you have mucous dripping into your stomach of course it is going to hurt. Sometimes it is as simple as that. I hope you feel better soon.
