WHAT IS THIS?

Shortness of breath e since 1 year,racing thoughts,weakness in body while shortness of breathe,feels like something stuck in throat,can't take deep breath..anyone facing this problems

Could be a lot of things but most likely is anxiety since it has been a year. Have you seen a doctor about this? I have just learnt about the dangers of benzodiazepine so if it is anxiety, avoid them.

Visited doctor many times few said gerd gastric except q said anxiety disorder

GERD and anxiety are related. Are you doing anything to deal with the symptoms? Have you tried yoga and meditation? Or any other forms of therapies?

No not yet instead am having fast foods

Yikes. Those fast food won't help at all. But I know it is comfort food we seek when body is stressed.

You have to start doing some research on how to self care. At least you are aware that there is a problem now. It is still possible to heal without needing medication. All the best!!!

Yes it does. It can feel that way for some people.

I think why all the problems I have to only face yaa why me why not others.even seeing others healthy makes me jealous yar did u also had anxiety

Yes. Still have it. But no shortness of breath. Just shallow breathing when it happens. And when severe, chest pain. The throat thing I still get.

Normally if I am doing something even at that time also I feel shortness of breath
