Does Anxiety causes frequent shortness of breath all day long and chest tightness.feeling of own dying soon.or feel like blocked breathing

Always get checked by a dr. But yes anxiwty has these symptoms. It’s horrible. Best to ground yourself.

I been using an air humidifier it’s been helping a lot too. Lol. Lay down breath in slow

I am having these symptoms past 2 years even counslted with many doctors they said it's gerd .can u please clarify it why it happens how to control it

Oh. Less coffee no pop. Definitely need to change diet. No smoking lol. No fried foods. Lower stress haahha. Did dr give you medication? Probiotics. Yes and no to alcohol.

If you been to dr. Ad your fine yea that is anxiety. Make sure you check dr.

Anxiety has a range of symptoms. Chocking in throat. Dizzy. Thirsty. Harder to breath. Heart racing. Scared. Etc

Start doing workout if your dr said you are healthy. It will help with anxiety. Lift weights or so push-ups and jogging skipping.

I had that due to stress and I was chubby too. I lost weight too. No fries. No pop. Less coffee and I actually took it’s called. gaviscon. It at drug stores. But of course if dr gave you medication listen I’m no doctor. But I don’t have that problem any more. I would be sleeping and it come up my throat. Ouchie

If the dr didn’t say you have health issues or breathing issues. Then it is anxiwty. If your anxiety is too high. Do this.

Gets some water.

Lay down

Chill.

YouTube has YouTube videos for guided meditation.

Or

Just keep breathing in and out very slowly

Deep breath in through nose and out of mouth supper slowly. Until you yawn. You will come down from anxiwty.

Daily.

You sure you don’t have asthma? Or allergies ???

You need to manage stress. Anxiety. Symptoms include always having a hard time to breath, sleep, and etc. always check with dr. Make sure nothing else. But anxiwty has many symptoms. Very annoying. But you can help this by things I randomly added In the post to you. I’m sure others have other stuff to say

Our belly can cause anxiety’s important to eat properly. Not smoke or drink lol abs stress management

Sometimes I run hot water and close the bathroom door. I let the steam go in bathroom. Breath a few minutes of steam. Then I use air hunidifier it places water into air.

A cold face cloth on fore head. Lay down

State three things you see in room, three things you smell and hear.

Deep breath in through nose and out through mouth. Breath in deep unroll belly is big.

You can’t take long breaths because your in a constant panic mode. Need to hug yourself. And say stop mind. Stop. You are gonna just chill and we gonna breath. The body holds on to trauma.

You need to restore the body.

Also have you faced trouble breathing all day evverytime

Guided sleep meditation. Before bed. Go on YouTube and listen to peaceful breathing exercises. Letting go of anxiety.

You are breathing shallow, which causes the lack of full breath. Need to deep breath and run your shoulders to calm the body.

Hold yourself. And run your shoulders. Change body sensations. Butterfly hug. Meditation for breathing. YouTube has free guided exercises. It will need to be done daily to reset body’s breathing Rhythm

One thing that might help your breathing is walking up moderately (or slightly) steep hills. This may force your body to breath more deeply.
