Ever since the pandemic started I began to put on weight and now I weigh too much. I’ve been doing some home workouts but I don’t feel motivated like I am when I’m in the gym. I really hate the way my body looks and before I get any plastic surgery I want at least try and lose weight naturally, but it’s so hard. I just want the gyms to open, (I live in the U.K. so we’re still on lockdown) and the gym actually helps with my mental health.

I do Chloe ting youtube exercises . All at home workouts. Has lots of great videos and even free workout plans
Can I be you challenge? I exercise fve days a week and we can support each other by reminding each other daily, are u cool with that. Some people needs others to exercise with. We will continue with this if u accept.
If you want to lose weight you need to concentrate more on what you are eating, exercise helps but diet is more important.
There is a weightloss forum on here that you might want to look at.
All these replies about exercise and losing weight ... I agree you should absolutely exercise if that helps with your mental health, but please don’t do it to look a certain way. Why don’t we start with you are beautifully and fiercely made? You are perfect no matter your weight. You are amazing no matter your weight. Exercise to physically feel good, and leave the other stuff behind. It makes me sad to hear you say you hate how you look. I’d encourage you to seek out some women in the body positive movement to listen to. Stay safe, friend. 🙏💕
Exercise is great for the brain chemistry. Before I would even suggest surgery, there are lots of online work out groups where you can virtually be with people. My sister has some app that she rides her stationary bike in places all over the world.
The Headspace app has meditation, eating, exercise, sleep and other topics for people to tap into. YouTube has a ton, too. Do you have a vision board? Can you pick one thing to add each day? You will have to be creative during lockdown...dance when you clean, squats to reach down and grab laundry to fold, etc.
