Just to say, I have had all these symptoms plus muscle tension pain and my stomach sometimes rects too.
I have had endless tests including MRI's, and all was well.
I'm just saying to you, yes best to get it all checked out, but it can just be anxiety, and we work ourselves up in to a frenzy and it all seems to get worse.
Just wanted you to know that I have been there and was OK, you can be too. Best wishes x
Thank you so much , im also thinking it could be anxiety, but the thing worrying me is that the anxiety caused alot of physical problems , i just felt the need to get a full workup because its been almost a year since i got blood tests and stuff like that
Blood work seemed normal , a couple vitamins and the iron levels , some were low some were high , i guess that also caused some of the symptoms perhaps , i got an x ray and the radiologist said its all good , i just needed to make sure because its been a while since my last physical
Your symptoms sounds like they are symptoms of anxiety. I suffer from dizziness, nausea , nervous butterflies in my stomach, tension in my head and shoulders and breathlessness, but these can be dealt with through medication and counselling.
