Plastic surgery

This place is so plastic surgery (no offense), stuck up, corrupt, artificial, and everything is about money and status. Nobody knows each other because nobody stays in one place long enough.

And did anyone go the plastic surgery route for reconstruction as this was recommended to me in the past? Thanks for any info, I had a really bad experience with a passive aggressive general surgeon a few weeks ago so have lost all faith in the system!

I'm now waiting for plastic surgery to excise it from the leg and scrotum and I'm absolutely terrified! Has anyone else had this vary rare cancer? Thanks for reading. Paul.
