Breathe. You are not alone. Hugs and prayers.
Try guided morning meditations. Even if you think they are not working keep going with them. Meditation is a method of retraining your brain to recognize and to be comfortable with calmness. It takes time to let go of attachment to drama.
Have you read Brene Brown book the Gifts of imperfection? I'm currently reading it. Yesterday I was reading about replacing the perfectionist thoughts with gratitude thoughts.
