Hey everyone. Today is my birthday and even though today should be a day of celebration I find myself going through some anxiety. I'm usually in control and of all days, why today! i know that if i have no control over when this happens but i know i have to be strong. I'm trying vey hard to not focus on the negative aspect and put on a brave face. on a brighter note.... I have gotten over 200 happy birthday wishes on FB alone which makes me feel good. I also have over 5,000 followers on IG and even though soo many people follow me... sometimes I feel all alone. To all you new comers. This is definitely t the place to come to connect with people who share your pain as can relate and understand what your going through. I want to take this opportunity to thank all of you for being so brave and open with your situations. it's not easy opening up like this but sometimes releasing your demons can be the best remedy. By the way my name is Jose but my friends call me Luis. I'm here if yoy need someone to chat with our jyst say hello. Thanks again!

You are really out there. it's crazy that you complain about how cold it is and I'm sure it must be freezing.. all we do is complain about how hot it is... and just look forward to getting a cool breeze even if its just for a couple of days! I know its nor ready clubby through everything your going cause I've been following you and by reading your post I know jUST how hard it must be.. but I'm here for you my bro. remember that.
