Anxiety depression no energy
Vitamin B Complex can definitely help with energy, Vitamin C and Vitamin D supplements have helped with my depression but I eventually had to go on Antidepressants. They have helped so much along with talk therapy. Best wishes!
I have tried all the vitamins and I’ve been on a ton of different antidepressant medications and they just don’t do the job thank you so much for responding I really hope snow somebody’s out there and listening that I’m not alone
Did u try spiritual stuff like meditation or journaling? This might sound absurd and stupid, but guided meditation helps.not at first though.u don't feel like doing anything at first, but then it will get better.a walk in nature or some simple stretching exercises and maybe trying to find a new hobby might help as well.and, gratitude, being grateful for the little things in life, like sunshine,a warm cup of tea, a caring friend,a beautiful flower; try to concentrate on those little things and appreciate the fact that u get to experience them. And also, slow living by really being present .all those things help me.Not that it's easy but I do trust that our happiness is our choice.cuz feeling lack of energy or often a part of depression. And I really want u to know that u r not alone.we r all in this together. Sending u love and warmth.

There could be various causes for low energy so it's always worthwhile discussing it with a doctor and maybe they do a blood test to rule out certain things.
You don't say if you are taking HRT? That can improve energy levels I think. Even if you already are, you could experiment with testosterone or whatever.
For a supplement that boosts energy levels, the most interesting one I have found, is combining coenzyme Q10 with Carnitine. (Not the acetyl form of Carnitine, but the other form used for athletic performance and maybe weight loss.) Can't guarantee it works for anyone else.
You can also try to force yourself to stay away from any bad foods and exercise more. You may already be doing that of course, I don't know.
Good luck anyway.
Ask a doctor about your symptoms. They will be able to help you get on top of those overwhelming emotions. Whether it’s raising your vitamin levels and/or finding a good therapist that you can unburden yourself to. I get it, I had horrible depression this past year (gee I wonder why?) and my doctor adjusted my medication. I also started with counseling and it has helped a lot. Take extra care of yourself.
