Scared

My therapist is ringing me Friday and he's male I've been waiting 10 months for this high intense cbt and now it's finally here. Im a bit scared as a don't no what he's going to ask etc and the call is 50 minutes can anyone give me advice. And will it help me?

With a high intense one yes I've had a few previous but signed me of die to how bad I am with it x

Since this will be your first one with him, he might just want to get to know you and what you want to work on. CBT has helped me in the past. Whether it will help you is for you to answer. I hope it will help🙂

I prefer ladies but my current one is a guy and it`s face to face waited 7 long month myself.

Awwww no I like mine can have a laugh feel comfartable aswell WICH is a good thing. Its going well anyway got me homework to do as he calls each Wednesday can't be face to face due to covid restrictions and tbh a couldn't go to the centre the way I am a feel comfartable over the phone
