I'm Struggling

I'm struggling tonight guys. My heart is racing and feels like it's going to beat out of my chest. I feel like I'm nothing but a burden to those around me and regardless of what I try to do, I can't seem to shake the feeling. I just want to feel normal again. I haven't felt a day of normal in months. I have nobody around me that I can talk to anymore, I've ruined all my friendships. Thanks for allowing me to vent.

My heart goes out to you. I'm so sorry you are feeling that way. I have felt that way SO many times in my life. I HATE the heart beating out of my chest feeling (a/k/a panic attack). I wish I had the words to make things better, but I don't. Just know you are not alone.
