Hello, I have noticed that when I do things I do things awkwardly its like I’m not comfortable I’m not sure what it is. At work I struggle to think or notice things I’m not sure what is up with me. But people are getting frustrated at me please guide me on what to do. I just want to be normal and function properly but it feels like everything I do is awkward it’s like I’m not comfortable with myself. I struggle to think and notice mistakes.

Sometimes we can get in that loop and the more we do that, the more awkward we get and it just gets worse. Write down your wins, keep track of the positive and it will grow. You are doing great and will get even better, speak positive to counter any negative thoughts or feelings. Take a good multi vitamin to give your body what it needs, esp extra magnesium and B vitamins. Magnesium will calm your mind body and spirit and Bs will give you energy and focus. Also, get outside to get some vitamin D to boost your mood. Go barefoot to get grounded to the earth again, it really helps balance you. We have energy, burn energy and the earth has energy too, it's not superstitious, it's science. Ions are positive or negative and grounding makes them positive in us. Take walks to work thru things mentally and cast them behind you as you walk forward. You are a blessing and are blessed. <3
Hi Lukas. It could be that people have pulled you up over things in the past, such as a parent wanting you to do well or perhaps you`ve had put downs from others such as in school. This has now most probably made you feel self conscious and that you must have perfection. The thing to realise is that you ARE GOOD ENOUGH. You are as good as anyone else. And you have always been good enough. You don`t have to try and be anyone else or compete with others. Just be yourself. You are unique. And also allow for some mistakes. It really doesn`t matter. You are human and WE ALL MAKE MISTAKES. The thing with mistakes is that we can learn from them. I think you are perhaps sensitive- natured and this can be a lovely thing because it means that you care. There aren`t enough people like this in the world. You can make a difference. One day I hope you will see this. There are some great books out there that can help with your anxiety. Maybe buy one or two. They can help you understand yourself more and where you are coming from. Also how to accept yourself. Take care now x
