I'm struggling..

Last night my 13 year old dog passed away.. she lost all movement in her legs.. and soon past on.. she's currently in a bag in the trunk of my uncles car.. we can't bring her to the vet til 9 am to get her cremated.. in really really worried.. even tho she's gone her body is still in the car.. and I don't want her to be in the car for any longer...

My heart is breaking for for you. So many tears...what would I do? Get a small table and chair, put it wherever, lay your best friend on the table, sit and be company until it’s time to leave. Time to grieve. ❤️❤️

I’m so sorry for your loss. It feels so enormous when a loved one/ best friend dies. I know you may be feeling that your friend deserves better than being where he is (the trunk), but he’s no longer here on earth and I guarantee your dog knows how much you loved him. Aww, Lil, I’m so, so sorry. 🥺 The loss of a fur friend is incredibly painful. I’ve been through it, too. You’re not alone. In fact, I had a dream about my cat the other night. I got to pick him up and hold him. He died almost 14 years ago. I totally understand what you’re saying about the trunk. It feels like you left your girl alone out there, right? Her soul has gone to eternity, only her body is in the car. I'm sorry, that is very stressful. Just think of her running through the flowers and feeling free and happy and that old body just wore out but her spirit didn't.😇

My dog passed last week. I feel your loss deeply because my own loss is still so fresh. I dream about my Sydney and find myself looking for her constantly. It will get better though. It will. 💕

Terribly sorry for your loss. I lost my oldest cat a week or so ago. She was in really bad shape. So, I feel for you. Only consolation is to know that they are no longer suffering. I worked in animal rescue for 13 years and I couldn't tell you how many little paws I held as they died over that timespan. It was so very draining but I made sure that someone was always there to hold those who would soon pass over. Never wanted them to be there alone.
