Curious question and confusing.

Is it only me or does anyone else constantly feel weird like in ya head light etc. And alps I've noticed my back at the bottom is constantly in pain everytine I'm moving around. My legs are horrendous ano when am up I clench them up there go so stiff. I'm sick of feeling of balance and strange like I'm not real. The tiredness is horrible a don't have a routine of sleep at all but my symptoms are constantly and never go away. I'm afraid to go out for a walk or in any shop as a can't stay still in a q and a go all weird. Today I attempted to go shopping just for a few bits not alone and soon as I entered the shop door I felt all hot so I kept walking then I felt like I was guna go backwards do I ran to my car x

I always feel not real I hate it everything just feels strange

I get the lightheaded and dizziness at times. Not like yours probs. I'm not sure what mine is but I know they are wanting to do some test in my head. Cant afford to go as I owe money to doctor for a different procedure. I hope you will get better even tho I know it's a part of our lives but I can still wish for you.

I know. I wish anxiety didn’t give off physical symptoms

I have the same experiences of constant pain in shoulder blades, dizziness when I go in stores then the weird head sensations etc etc

I’m now being tested at ENT hospital for Ménière’s disease it’s a problem with your ears that’s causes balance dizziness headache and blurred vision plus anxiety and depression

I don't gwt blurred vision I have vertigo anyway but there's no cure or anything for that tbh summit got to live with

Everyone as different symptoms you may only get dizziness etc, just thought it was worth a mention

There’s is balance therapy it can help reduce dizziness by learning how to react and adjust head movements

I can't do that will bring on a vertigo attack its horrible
