And found out that it was causing me to have all those symptoms like anxiety and depression this elements goes under diagnose a lot but to make things short I start getting b12 shots which helps but some times my symptoms return I had suicidal thought but never acted on them I'm now experiencing achalasia but to be honest I don't know what's going on anymore I'm living in constant fear worry anxious anxiety and depression and cry a lot I'm tired of feeling like this and want to be normal or myself again

I’m sorry you had to experience that. I’ve never had that issue, just 20 others. I also have chronic depression, it takes over your world, your just a different version of who you use to be and usually feel very alone making matters worse. I hope that fixing your b12 will resolve your issues. Keep us posted.
Sending you a great big hug and lots of prayers. Be good to yourself and try to do some things you enjoy. Simple things are best. Go for a walk or listen o music. Try not to over analyze things and listen to your doctor's advice. March is about the time Covid19 hit. It has put many people in a state of fear and anxiety. Do the recommended health practices and then trust in God. Remember the older population and those with compromised health are those at real risk. I will be praying for you.
No matter how low you feel there is always help. If you ever feel you can't cope and go on, and do have those types of thoughts then have peace of mind there is help, 999 it, emergency services will take you to the nearest hospital and you're taken to a mental health ward, where they can give you the help by people waiting for people in need. Anxiety and panic attacks are awful, I've had them for 20 years and know how you feel. There are many drugs on the market that can help but you will also need to help yourself, like programming your brain to not fear anxiety or panic attacks, it sounds much easier than it is, but anxiety is most of the time caused by fear of something, that fear can be the fear of having anxiety or a panic attack, no other reason. Having constant anxiety causes physical reactions and can develope into health anxiety, for example, thightness of chest from anxiety and thinking you have a bad heart or having a heart attack. I recommend you to speak to your doctor and put a plan together, ask about short term Diazpram, that is one of the most effective but also makes it addictive in the sense you want more because it's the only thing that seems to work, but if done right it can help make your brain to forget the fear of having anxiety or panic attacks because dizapram stops it for most people. Also note that if your doctor has put you on Antidepressant or changed it recently, crying, increased anxiety is the most common side effect, and can take a few weeks to improve, sometimes the side effects are so bad you need to change medication, especially if your having bad thoughts. I may have said a few things not revelant but so ignore stuff that does not apply as I have no way of knowing from your post what treatment other than the b12.
