I lost today's fight but feeling more positive now - listening to music - going to be visiting my nonverbal autistic low functioning son tomorrow - so day is looking up - but how are you doing,now? Health OK? Can I please offer you prayers and support God Goddess

How much is your Mental Health is due to your neck pains Arthritis

What has the doctor advised to control your mood and pain. Has He considered posture or have you hurt your neck in a car breaking incident, accident.

I have problems with my beck and spine and I take pain medications and other medications to reduce pain. Have you seen a physio or other specialists ??

I don't know 'what exactly' has Upset you so.... apart from the Obvious that is. Nor do I now your Circumstances.... I DO know however that you are Talking To Friends, on this Forum Paul- friends who will NOT, try to, Judge you or Tell You Off, for 'things past'.

If you want to Tell Us more, regarding your situation, I know that we will try to assist you Paul... equally if you prefer you can P(rivate) M(essage) ANY of us. We are Not 'Medical People' but we do have a, Very Large, 'Collective Knowledge' regarding a great deal of 'Matters'.

'They' say that 'A Problem Shared Is A Problem Halved'.... I don't know if this Always True, but you have Taken THIS First 'Tentative Step' Paul. Let US give you Strength, let Our 'Understanding' be your Support. I personally have a Good Faith, if you do too, then perhaps Offer a Prayer- I will be Offering one, for you Paul.

Above all have Faith, my friend...Faith in Yourself, first and foremost... you CAN 'do' this.
