what coping skills do you guys use when you feel you're going to have an anxiety attack at work?

i have a new job and ive been doing the deep breathing but it's going to be hard because it's soon to be holiday season and a lot of people are going to come into my store. so im nervous any ideas?

stop for a few minutes get some air sit down sip on some water.

yeah i think sipping on some water and breathing would help a lot i wish i could go outside but i work in a huge department store. i could only do that when im off the clock or done with work.

carry a brown paper bag and blow in to it for indoors that might help even low soothing music I chew gum that helps me.

Taking deep breaths, meditating on "peace", and closing my eyes are things I do. Also, I read "Anxiety Cure" a few years ago which helped me understand anxiety and gave great strategies to decrease it. You might want to check it out. bit.ly/37GNJLw Hope it helps. Blessings!!
