Hey everyone

So my drs surgery rang me to say I need a phone call consultation because after having my lesion removed it’s come back as abnormal it’s basal cell carcinoma of the nodule superficial type

Please anyone who’s had this please tell me what this mean I’m a right mess I’ve been sick panic stricken and a right mess I’m scared out my witts something is wrong

No babes hes ringing me in the morning to go over them I had the lesion removed Friday morning and results are back and he wants to speak to me about them so I'm kind of stressed now and scared xx

I'm just scared out my witts incase its anything scary I have severe health anxiety so ive stressed myself to the max

Nat it's not uncommon in women as we age and I know several who had to have this done but never had any further problems. I'm sure yours will be the same. I know it's scary my love but keep your chin up. xx

Dearest Nat, I know you are scared right now. Just know that you took the most important step and that was having that lesion addressed. Good Luck with your call tomorrow morning. We will be waiting for an update. Skin lesions are very common in the adult population with fair skin and sun exposure. Breathe in deep and exhale long and slow.

Someone once told me, worry does nothing but prolong our emotional pain.

If we worry about something that's coming up, will it change the outcome by worrying?

No it won't, it already is what it is. However...the key to this is thinking positive and not

allow the what if's to come into play.

Anxiety likes to push our buttons and make us worry about everything in our lives.

Don't allow the anxiety bully to do this to you. I know you are scared but you will

handle this just as you handled everything in your life before this.

I've got see dermatologist because they didn't get all the bcc out so gotta go to get it sorted then I should be OK
