I’m Sorry to be in such a mess with this “down/negative post. Please forgive me
It’s been about 2 weeks of constant decline with respect to my life. My house is a mess, my yard looks like crap, I’ve gained weight, Im a mess, and today I flooded my kitchen bc the upstairs bathroom sink over flowed. I I just don’t care about myself or my home anymore. I must be real close to rock bottom
No actually you and most people here know exactly what you are going through. I know I do. My yard needs mowing already. My house is cluttered, and I need to take better of myself. So see, we are in the same boat. Don’t give up, fight with everything you’ve got. Come through this as the victor, not a victim. God bless you.

the only pressure comes from ourselves relax the standard slightly and you will regain the control.
Hi my home is a total mess too and I have let it get to the stage where I need a plumber urgently but can't until I clear the mess up. It's not just a bit untidy but really bad. I am trying right now with the help of a lovely online friend who I have asked to keep 'nagging' me so I can keep the motivation going. This is starting to work for me so maybe finding yourself a lovely friend like this could help? x
