Hi Anon, nothing is wrong...it happens at times when our eyes are trying to take

in more than our brain can absorb at the moment. Slow down and Breathe... :) xx

I have been so anxious the past few days I cant handle it. My period has hit today so I'm not sure if that is why. I just want to feel myself again.

Thankyou.

There are numerous causes that can lead to eye spasms, the most common are allergies, or excessive eye straining

That makes sense Rainbows x

This happens to me when I'm scrolling on the forum.

I should have known that it's about eye strain especially

that my eyes are burning.

Thanks for allowing me to learn something new today. :) xx

It's only happened to me twice. Both times were while driving. It may be from the sun or from me being tired. It feels so crazy.

Yes it feels that way! I freaked the first few times I dealt with it. I was freaking out!!!!

My eyes have started to have this mini spasm whenever I've been up for a longer than usual, that's when I know it's time to sleep. I would have them more when I was sleep deprived. Might only happen once, but they never happen unless I'm tired one way or another.

I don't get as much sleep as I use to with a two month old and being a single mom. This is probably why it happens to me. 😂 I thought I was the only one. It's an odd sensation

Some types of generic adderall can cause this

This happens to me too. I’ve been wondering what causes it. Mine tends to happen late at night like when I’m falling asleep.

I bet that's scary. At least we now know what it is. ☺️

You might have an ear infection. An inner ear infection will cause no pain. Or maybe you need to see doctor to rule out anything else.
