Twitching Eyes
It's called a blepharospasm it's an involuntary movement. Try a deep breath in & out ...eye drops to relieve irritation, and yoga to relax. There is a shot, but it will have to be taken again.
Oh, Gloria. Sorry about that annoying eye twitch. But looks like you have been given some useful information. Hope some of it helps.
Thank u melonberry 123 i like your name wished i thought of a cool name instead of using my full name😅 but it might be a tied to my trip well i"m on my way so hope the twiching go fly a kite somewhere
My eye twitches when im anxious. The more anxious the worse it is.
Yes sometimes get twitching eyes when I'm tired -- usually in the right eye for some reason. It's a weird sensation.
Twitching in various parts of the body are a common symptom of anxiety. The twitches seem to move around sometimes. Nothing to be overly concerned about.
It truly is annoying, but the key is to simply accept it and eventually it will stop. Mine did.
You really need to get more sleep. That is not enough. Have you spoken to your doctor about your sleeping? You might need something mild to help you sleep better. You could also try drinking chamomile tea and listening to sleep-inducing music; there are some excellent sleep/calm music videos on youtube. I also have a small snack before I go to bed, wear socks, use a heavy blanket...all of which help with sleeping - and I use black-out curtains and no noise in the bedroom, other than calming music.
Yes i spoken to my Dr about my sleep she started me on a 50 mg dose of the noritriptline i havnt started it yet because i"m.out of town i notice that it havnt twitched in a couple of days now & i going to try your advice with the music tea etc... & next weekend i will let u know how things go!👌
I'm on 10 mg of Nortriptyline. 50 mg seems a bit robust.
10 will do nothing for me i have hernated disc in my neck & back was given 25mg for depression & nerve pain so 50 is a graduation party 25mg barley puts me to sleep
Ive seen ppl taken 75mg for migraine you must take it for sleep or your on alot of other medicines
Great! I really hope these things work for you. Getting a good night's sleep is important for so many reasons - both physical and mental. I used to sleep without socks, but since sleeping with socks and a heavier blanket, I sleep more soundly...as well as the calming music, tea, etc. All the best. I hope you have a very restful week of sleep!
