I feel so lonely and feel like crying its a horrible feeling i have day in day out , my motavation is drained my reason to wake up is hard , my nightmares feel so real and my dreams of happyness are like chains under water feel like im stuck in a big hole and cannot get out 😭😔

Try to find or read something that gives you hope. Helplessness is not hopelessness. We all have times where we feel stuck. Maybe it's a sign you need to step back and think before you make your next move.

Do you know the source of your loneliness? Did you lose someone or is it a general feeling of being alone, isolated, worry, no direction in life? I am asking because it is really hard when you lost someone, but for the other type there are many things you can do.

Hi it all started threw my health chronic pain 10 years ago and ive tryed everythink to get better and spend thousands along the way and i care for my freind who has huntingtons disease which is very hard at times and she hasnt got anyone else in her life and it feels like everythink is on top of me and ive lost freinds along the way due to my low moods and how i feel which isnt good and a few of them have said nasty remarks about me which hurts .

I am sorry to hear that. There are many tragedies in life, some of which we can do something about, and some of which we are helpless. It does not help if we allow these things to pull us down. Some pain have a physical root cause but some are caused by our minds, stress and anxiety. You can help anxiety a bit by getting rid of negative thoughts and replacing them with positive, uplifting ones. I started by appreciating everyday blessings I find, from a small cup of warm coffee, to having food, health, fresh air and a place to stay. There are people in many parts of the world who do not even eat for days and have no clean water. Count your blessings. Try practicing it and you will notice a difference.

Do not worry about your other friends. If they are mean when you need them most then they are not really friends. Do not depend on others for your happiness. You can have joy within you even if you are alone, starting with the blessings I mentioned above. Enjoy life, with or without someone. Do things that can help you clear your mind such as a leisurely walk and enjoy the scenery around you. You can take a short journey to another town and do sightseeing, just to see something different instead of what you see everyday. I have tried driving to towns one hour to two hours away, drive around and get some snacks and a drink and just relax. It did wonders to me.
