Today I received the results of a blood test that I took a few days ago, I did it mostly to try to ease a little the anxiety that I have, thinking that I am sick and avoid becoming a hypochondriac.
The results were all good, everything is in range, except for some vitamin values that are a bit low, all the rest of the test was perfect. The ECG went very well, I compared it to the one I did in early February and it is practically the same, I still have my heart rate below normal but the doctor says that this is because the physical activity that I do. On that side I am calm then. Something that worries me is that something called Prolactin came out with a high value, but the doctor says that I should not worry, that she will do a new test focused on that and with treatment it will go away, but that I can continue with my life without any problem, I shouldn't focus on that. Saying don't focus on something to someone with anxiety is a bit funny 😂😂😂
But in general is good to know that I'm fine and that I can continue exercising to fight my anxiety. I wanted to share this "achievement" with everyone ... any victory we achieve, no matter how small, is a victory, it is a step forward and that is the important thing.
we can handle this!
