No professional help in sight

I used to be able to go to the mental health services around here. 6 month waiting list for the psychiatrist. So no medicines. And Medicaid won't cover me to see the therapists. No where else to go for it in my area. Can afford out of pocket. Pockets are empty! Used to be on several medications and they were helping me. Until the facility told me I can't come until I can pay for it. So no more meds or help. I was on the verge of suicide when I found the perfect person for me who gave me the reason I needed to stick around. Took all my life to find him. Now he's gone and I'm on the negative side of square one. Any other suggestions??

I responded on your other thread a couple things, but in the meantime while you search for low cost to free mental health services maybe try looking into apps that might help you.

Closest hospital that offers any almost an hour away. And with no vehicle that makes for a long walk. My town doesn't have anything but a little county store. Takes 911 ,31 minutes to get here. I timed them. We don't even have Uber or Lyft, no public transportation, can't even get a pizza delivered out here.
