I’m new here I’m just sick after all these years of being in pain. Surely it’s not crime to want to be able to defecate more often and normal.
I have told the dr I have tried everything and nothin works and gets a healthy result but now he’s put me cosmocol and I’m in agony and when I take things like fybogel moviol and this I start to now trust my body.
I’m embarrassed it’s the most natural thing and I can’t do it
i have problems with this too, and god you're right it's the worst. every once in a while, i do a mini clean out to help me though. fibercon in the morning, dulcolax at three, and senokot at night, and I do six capfuls of miralax a day. it works pretty well. I know it's a lot, but if it works it works. I hope this helps!
I know it’s something to do with disability but I mean nothing cleans Me out not even the stuff they give you when they are operating on that area lol
well have you ever done anything yourself? this can be a huge stretch, and I have only done this a few times, and many other people have too. it works. if you wash your hands and put on some gloves and cover your middle finger with soap and water until its slippery and you basically just finger your booty hole lmao. sorry that was so descriptive . but that also helps.

have you ever tried multiple laxatives at once?
See if your Doctor will give you a prescription for Lactulose. take 3 times a day it will get you going number 1 and number 2 if you don't need it don't take it no side effects.
Just a thought Hidden...I heard at one time that people who are chronically
constipated and do not have a physical issue are so for a psychological one.
Holding your emotions in, having a traumatic event that hasn't been addressed,
doesn't allow the intestines to relax and let go. There is definitely a connection
to the mind and gut.
Maybe talking with a therapist might be beneficial. Good Luck Hidden one.
