I am new. I could write a book. Where do I start. First I will not ever leave my house

for the last year with my anxiety. I need to see Doctors, Dentists, need operation, etc.

Therapists are working in the same way so you can meet them from the comfort of your own home. You can make your appointments in the usual way and the service provider will contact you.

I hope you are not struggling too much while waiting for an operation. Most surgeries will only resume after Covid-19 is under control. The question is when 🤔

My Dr will not do telehealth and my immune system is bad and he is the Coroner. He sees people with the virus n nursing homes every day. Scary.

It sounds like you may also have Agoraphobia which will keep you from wanting to leave your "safe place". You are definitely not alone!
