I'm doing a lot better than I was over the weekend. I went to the doctor and they upped my medication and I'm in counseling now too. This place is also helping as well. I'm glad I'm not alone in this struggle. Sometimes I write in a journal, listen to calming music, and go for a walk. Usually my anxiety and depression doesn't last nearly as long as it did. That's why I want to learn how to control it. I'm doing better though and thank you guys for being so kind in here
