I dont know if that's the right name for it but I feel disconnected from myself and body, kinda like I'm a stranger. My emotions and kinda numb but that might be the depression.

Sounds similar to something I experience from time to time. It is definitely a disconcerting sensation. Hard to describe and if you try people look at you funny
