I just started and I think seeing people face to face is valuable

I also just started here last night. I attend a depression/anxiety support group via zoom through my local NAMI Office. I like that as I knew a few people from when we were face-to-face meetings. Problem is it only meets a couple times per week, so I was looking for something to add to it.

I’m thinking I might like this platform as it is on demand whenever I need it. So far all the posts seem very supportive. I like the vibe.
