I get it..

My anxiety woke me up last night n threw in ext leg cramping n pain.

Sleep..whats that,lol

Stress..oh yeah..got that to, from all my other med issues.

Your right we are not alone. There was a post on here I just read and we are the ones who seem to be more empathic and kindhearted so anxiety depression can be a little positive
