Howdy! I’m brand new to the group, looking forward to offering & receiving support in my ongoing struggle with depression. I’ve been taking antidepressants for about 5 years & recently seem to have developed a tolerance that renders the medication less effective.
So now seems an ideal time to seek mutual support.

Hi! I was on antidepressants but I stopped myself 🤦🏽♀️ they wasn’t working. But I feel talking to ppl w similar problems can ease some of the attention off our problems. Get us out our head a bit and feel good!

Hi, I been having anxiety about 4 years now. But I learned how to cope with it. By educating myself, look at this website I found letgoanxietytoday.com/. It helped me. It teaches you different methods on how to relieve your anxiety, plus I found that water is very important drink plenty of it, caffeine is not your friend let it go. Plus you may have to speak with your doc. About taking off some your meds. My depression was making me feel weird, and my mind was racing all the time. They have me on that depression to long , only think you need for a year. But I still take anxiety pills by on demand. I can go for weeks at time without my meds now, educate yourself.
