We are doing it!!!

We’ve been living life the best we can. I was just noticing that we do so much more right than wrong and we are more well than sick. We need to give ourselves credit and try not to be harsh. When we encourage ourselves we do better overall. When we put ourselves down we are setting ourselves up for trouble and heartache.

We are doing it.

Even when life gets messy we are doing it. It’s okay that we are not doing as much as that other day; just do what you can for this day. If we feel like taking a break take a break. If there’s something we can get up and do to benefit ourselves let’s push ourselves to do it.

Let’s listen to our heart ♥️ It will tell us what we need

Thank you sooooo! I get overwhelmed easily with all the things my mind conjures up but reminding that positives are usually the truth so to focus on those does help to get by hour but hour day by day.

You are not alone ... lacking over here too, but figured I’d give it a try to be positive even though part of me is sinking into depression. There are difficult things I need to figure out but trying to be optimistic since I don’t know what will happen and I’ll benefit from positive thinking not negative.

That's true. Typically I try to do the same. I am just lacking in the energy and umph to do so. Well I am grateful for you and your willingness to push the positive today. Even when it's hard. Thank you. It does help.

It’s ups and downs but I have been thinking I’m ruining my moments and days with worry so I’m practicing being happy and calm in the moment the best I can, telling myself I’ll deal with the stuff when it comes up and not before then.

God you are so right. When I get a bad spell throughout the day and at the minute they are many. I forget the good carefree moments when I am my calm self. When thought come and go without much care. Beautiful simple moments overshadowed by gruelling crippling anxiety. But today I will try to celebrate those bliss moments because of your words.

How are you doing so far today? Calm self I hope? I went from good to terrible but am focusing on being kind even though I want to scream.

Well depends on the second really. Few calm seconds followed by long moments of torment. Trying to ride the storm but too strong a force at times. My yoga helps but for the most part acceptance is the only tough tough path. I never scream but by god at times I’m wailing inside. So know what u mean xxxx

True acceptance seems to help, just going with the flow. That’s great you do yoga. It makes me anxious because I feel like I have to hold for a certain period of time theres something about holding the pose that makes me anxious. Maybe I’m too restless. I have bipolar 1 so maybe that’s why one minute I’m great the next everything seems tainted with gloom and doom. Blessings to you today my friend!

Thank you for your kind words...they couldn't have come at a better time. I am having a very difficult day today and these words helped. Felt like I wasn't going to make it through today...thoughts out of control...not good ones either. For those that talk to a therapist, can you tell me how you found one that you trusted and connected with?? I really need to start...Thank you for all the support.

I feel like I’m barely making it too. So sorry you are having a rough time. I just keep getting lucky with therapists well mostly... just try one and if it’s not a good fit try another until you connect and feel comfortable. Also if there is any specific needs you have look for one who specializes in it. Best to you! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
