Hi I've been depressed for years I have anklylosing arthritis in my spine n legs suffer from ceriasiss, I'm a dad of four but I've only just started to see him after 13years has his is a shyco b n I've fought in court for about 12 years got myself in serious debt, im really struggling to walk n in pain all the time my head is always thinking but ive tried to stop think about everything but I can't ,
I would appreciate any help or advice
Hi Wes, Am sorry you are struggling so much. I wont be arrogant enough to pretend I can advise you just because it makes me feel important or clever, I will leave that to others - someone is bound to suggest you ring this one or that one when I am sure you are bright and could have already thought of all those things for yourself. I also wont tell you that if you believe in Jesus he will take care of you, because if that were true you would not be in this horrible situation in the first place. But I will say that sometimes things look awful and bleak and pointless, too sad, and then somehow no matter how bad it is it gets better, because once you hit rock bottom you can only go up, and if you keep trying and persist somehow that happens.
