Howxare single people coping with the isolation? I am finding it tough not being around people?

Hi there! Not particularly well to be honest. The isolation and daily routine seem to be severely aggravating my anxiety, obsessive thoughts and feelings of intense loneliness. I get out for runs and walks as much as possible, and have dinner often with one other neighbor friend, but in general the situation is bringing up a lot of difficult things that I have been fortunate enough not to be troubled by for the last few years up until now. It's hard feeling like I'm regressing after years of work/therapy/self-care. I find it hard to see families/couples out together for walks. I'm practicing yoga and meditation when I can, but often my obsessiveness/negativity overrides my motivation to do those things. I feel at a loss for what to do, as access to a therapist is not possible for me at the moment. How are you?

Wow the same, see my brother occasionally, and yes doing mediation and walking, church is doing a zoom service now, but not having that closeness is hurting me now, and seeing the suicide rates going up, makes. Me feel anxious too, thank yiu fir responding, please keep in touch xxx
