It’s always been hard for me to create healthy habits I’m still learning. My main focus is self discipline. Learning to accept things I can’t change and just live right and be a light to people who need it. I decided to get healthy so I started new meds today which have given me energy. I was actually shocked at how I was out of bed without a problem within a few hours. Sadly happiness is a choice for me and it doesn’t come naturally as of right now but im dedicated to recovery. I hope you all decided to start your dedication to happiness even when it seems like all odds are against you. God bless❤️

I’ve always done self care but I’m talking specifically about working towards recovery. Treating the source of the illness and not putting a bandage on it or letting it become my identity. Becoming your mental is why we become suicidal. We come to the conclusion that dying is our only way out and I’ve grown tired of the suicidal ideation it’s more to life than this but yes self care is important.
