Got in an argument with someone I love tonight. I tend to feel afraid I will loose someone when this happens. It’s really having a huge effect on my heart.
So to problem solve : Next time I see this person I will try to be positive and hope for the best between us and see what happens.
Also I have been noticing people with many talents and skills who are passionate and I dont have much of that going on right now.
Problem solving: Tomorrow I will use watercolors to start.

Why not tell them now and be positive towards them and with yourself from now...tell them you were negative...speak from your heart..who knows how they're dealing with it aswell...and see what happens..gnite.
So sorry to hear this Star but sounds as if you have thought of the way forward.
I do think being creative will help.
There is such alot to feel anxious about at present.
I have been working hard on my garden, planting vegetables and also bulbs for summer flower beds: lilies, dahlias and gladioli.
The later is creative as I have to imagine the end result with the colours together. They are shades of pink and white largely so should not go too far wrong.
I have also been printing my wildlife photos and making gifts for people with them, bookmarks with leopards and wild birds on them from my safari in Sri Lanka which seems like years ago now.
There is so much sadness going on around us with the Corona virus at present.
I have volunteered to be an NHS responder for lonely isolated people but are still awaiting my first call.
