Anyone else get bad indiegestion when they are anxious, when that happens I forget what I was anxious about and become solely anxious about indiegestion and medical twinges?

You are not alone. It has been said that the stomach is the organ most sympathetic to anxiety. In other words it is the part of the body most likely to be affected when we reach anxiety overload.

Some people develop symptoms similar to IBS. I myself have known stomach ache due to anxiety of a good friend's premature passing.

Try the normal indigestion remedies, your pharmacist will advise you. Just don't do what so many with health anxiety do and imagine it's the beginning of some terminal illness because people with high anxiety always exaggerate their symptoms into something a lot worse than they really are.

Just accept the indigestion for the time being, don't become obsessional or too introspective about it as this only produces fear hormones that feed your indigestion. So I repeat: just accept your indigestion for the moment and get on with your life.

I hope your problem passes soon. Let's face it, we all have many other serious things to preoccupy us at this moment in time.
