Being home.... no panic attacks

Does anybody else feel this way? I’ve been home for 2 weeks. Panic free. Still on my meds. I’m out of work, sleeping later. I know not enough sleep triggers my attacks. But I use to suffer from agoraphobia over 30 yrs ago.

I just was wondering if I was the only one. I know I still worry about what’s going on but no attacks no extra clonopin
