I have not been doing well lately. Just haven't been doing great when it comes to my anxiety. This week sucks even more. I lost my dad, who really understands about my anxiety on Wednesday. I am struggling every day with the loss of my dad. I miss him.

Sorry to hear about the devastation you are feeling right now. It’s natural to be anxious after losing a loved one especially someone so close and supportive. I don’t have healing words for you I wish I did. Hang in there I am sure that’s what he would want.

Sorry for your loss, the best way to approach this problem would be to talk to family members, relatives and friends of your father and discuss your fathers life and things you used to do together, this will put things into context, and move on remembering you will not forget your father you will however have those memories good and bad and move on with your life as those who have past over expect us to do

My heart goes out to you as the loss of a parent is so so difficult. My father in law died this time last year. I have had a lot of loss in my life and have found that if I work through the grief and not suppress my emotions it seems to get less difficult day to day. For instance make a video of his life, write a song, poem or his story, write him a letter, draw him a piece of art or something that can put into words of how you are feeling and much you miss him.
