I’m having so many thoughts. My anxiety is pretty high tonight, and the health anxiety/OCD won’t shut up. Everything I read that has to do with health, is triggering. My stomach is in knots.
Im easily angered and can get upset at the snap of a finger.
I just want to be free of this, of the thoughts, anxiety, voices, OCD, depression…I just want it to stop

Scarlet please share with me how you're feeling because even talking to someone can help you and I know you're struggling isn't having a hard time and I'm here for you so please share cuz it makes you feel better after talking to someone and you're not alone here we're here to be there for you I just wish you were feeling better about yourself cuz you deserve to be very happy and at peace please treat yourself the gentleto yourself and kind like you're treating a little kids that was hurting

I know how you're feeling because I feel the same way sometimes just dealing with the public and dealing with people are so hard and I just wish you were feeling remember you're very important and and we are here for you will always be. oneday you may be a mentor if someone who's going through what you've been through and you probably be able to help them a lot and I'm sure in your life right now you don't feel it but there's a lot of people you're helping feel better about themselves and you're doing that here for us too and we really appreciate you is there anything you like to do that you enjoy doing I know good things will come your way please stay strong I know both of us can't fight this

Please treat yourself with kid gloves you deserve to be happy. Treat yourself as gentle as you would be treating a young child. You're really precious cheers and you deserve to be happy and I wish you felt better about yourself because you're also helping us here and you're supporting is here and we want to support you too we understand what you're going through and you can always talk to this year we will support you and we will never judge your criticize you please be kind of gentle to yourself you deserved very best in life put both hands on your shoulder I give yourself a hug and we are also giving you a hug too. It’s something I really want to do, but I’d like to travel to a few different places, just to experience the food and see the sites. I’d have to get over my intense fear of flying first xD

I use to get mad easily too but not sure how I managed. I try not to let things bother me but it's hard to keep the good feelings inside. Now certain things trigger me so I try to avoid them. Not easy...
