Exams are fast approaching and I don’t feel the same fuel and motivation I have before. I just want to stay in my bed all day. I hope y’all can give me tips, advice or motivation for me to get through this anxiety. I would really appreciate your help. I just want to get through this, it’s consuming me.

I don't think I have a solution, but I am going through the exact same thing. I should be up early studying for exams and finishing projects. However, I just want to watch lame shows and sleep. You are not the only one struggling.

Consider studying by changing the way you proceed through your learning. Take breaks every two hours or so. Take a break and look for other things to study, this will prevent you drying out on one sort of subject.. Allow time at the end of a session to read up on your notes before starting on the next session. Remembering we study better in small bites other than taking massive gulps
Before going to bed take on things you enjoy, like hobbies or watching TV, also any diversions you enjoy. It is important you also take time out at least once a week. On a Sunday Evening read through your notes before bed.
