When I have extreme anxiety or panic attacks I pee to frequently and can break out in a sweat instantly. Anyone else affected this way?

Anxiety is a mean illness, it affects our brain, in turn our brain affects all the organs in our body. Try to be patient with yourself, tell your brain you love it, seek your brains help. I suffer with severe anxiety and need med's to get me thru the worst of my attacks. Thankfully I have got myself back, happened in Sept, after 3 years of hell. I tell my brain thank you and I love you. We need strokes, so often with mental illness, there is little understanding, so be kind to ourselves, as we would be to a friend, parent, child. Self love can be so healing. If you are willing to go to therapy, find a therapist who specializes in anxiety. I have a wonderful lady and she has helped me So much, I have no family or close friends now, she is my source of encouragement, she gives me love, has explained to me my illness, which makes it easier to understand and deal with. I hope this is of help to you. Remember we think we control our body and thought, but if the brain is out of sync, we are at its mercy. Another reason to love and respect it. And thank goodness for modern medicine, finally mental health is getting attention, so we are getting more help. Write to us here if we can be of help. I send you peace, love and hugs....Sprinkle 1.....

I have a therapist and psych but it’s so hard to find good ones. Lost one of 4 years so starting over is hard. I’m just in a bad situation that has me freaked out. Today I couldn’t get out of bed. It’s just messed up. I was great until 4 months ago...seasonal change then I had a tooth extraction and haven’t been the same. Tried meds to many side effects, it’s hard.

I urinate very frequently from my anxious state. It at least gives me comfort that I won't get a bladder infection.

Thanks it’s just a big financial decision that has me crippled with fear and anxiety.

It only happens rarely when I get extremely anxious!

Yes, me too. It happens to me always in the middle of the night, interrupting my sleep. At least three times every night . The thing that disturbs me the most though is the breaking into night sweats and an internal body shaking, feeling like tremors of small earthquakes.

Yes. Happens. Try to have baths it relaxes your area down there and soothes it. And breathing right. I get financial stuff it feels crippling. I pee a lot too drink more from it. Try doing some pelvic tension release exercises goop website has some. My new tv was acting up I was so upset near Xmas all this other crap and I was in bed too crippled from it. Break it down what’s best for you pros cons be objective it’s really hard I totally know what you’re going through the right answer is what’s best for you make you happier and financially stable doable wants & needs.

Sweating yes, peeing no. But someone people have to pee a lot when anxious.❤️
