No holidays in 47 years due to Depression, Anxiety, Insomnia, Social fear, etc then 2 in one year !

Well just got home from Palma in Mallorca. never been abroad in my life im 65 ! first time flying also. I decide im going and it was great, had a fantastic time. we have nothing to Fear but Fear ! when you realise this anything is possible. Ray

Hello Ray, just read your email, Wonderful I am proud of You. I made up my mind at age 16 I was not going to let fear rule my life, and I have not. I have done so many things, and now I am pulling for you to keep on expanding your horizons. I find it exciting to do adventures and I feel myself grow, and at 65 you proved it is never too late.
